MORNING PREP

At 6:00 AM, the ovens are on. We start the 8-hour simmer for our signature red sauce and hand-roll the dough for our skillet pizzas.

THE ASSEMBLY

Each 3-layer lasagna is built with fresh ricotta and premium mozzarella. Our house salads are chopped fresh—never bagged.

HOT DELIVERY

We head out to Pasco and Hernando. Food is delivered hot, fresh, and with the "Blessed Table" smile. Professional service for every neighbor.

We use only premium aged cheeses, vine-ripened tomatoes, and fresh herbs. If it isn't the best, it doesn't make it to your table.

Our lasagna is built layer-by-layer. Our pizza dough is slow-risen. Our breadsticks are rolled by hand. This is real food, made by a real Chef.
